We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✅ Eligibility for Returns

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
🚨 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@lnsglow.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase after your return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unworn, unused, with original packaging and tags, and include proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
